From inquiry to shipment
- Brief and quote Target cost, style, movement, water resistance, lead time and quantity. Quote in about 0.5–1 week.
- Design and engineering 2D/3D and construction reviews for look, cost and yield. About 1–2 weeks.
- Sampling Confirm timing, hand alignment, water resistance and cosmetics; lock QC standards. About 4–6 weeks.
- Mass production Component buying, assembly, full inspection and packing. About 11–13 weeks depending on volume.
- Shipment Export to the markets you specify.

How do I inquire with a custom watch manufacturer in Taiwan or Hong Kong?
Use the inquiry form: finished watch or parts, estimated quantity, market and timing. Tainan replies from [email protected]; Hong Kong and China pages route to local mailboxes.
Is there a small MOQ for watch OEM?
MOQ depends on tooling, materials and movement supply. Parts-only and complete watches differ. Note your quantity and we will propose a sampling and bulk threshold.
Can you supply dials or parts without assembling the watch?
Yes. Indexes and dials are made in-house. Cases, crystals, backs and straps can also be ordered alone if you already assemble.
How long is a mid-to-high-end watch ODM project?
Quote in about 0.5–1 week, design 1–2 weeks, sampling 4–6 weeks, bulk about 11–13 weeks depending on volume. Tooling and movements can change the calendar.
Do catalog samples show a customer logo?
Front-end photos are unbranded capability samples, not replicas. Production logos, case-back engraving and packing follow the contract.
